St Petersburg Kiosk-owners Ask Putin to Permit Them to Sell Tobacco Products

Representatives of the city’s small business believe that the restrictions introduced by the anti-tobacco law pose a risk to their business.

St Petersburg businesspeople with membership of the nationwide Kiosk Owners’ Coalition have supported a video address to President Vladimir Putin. Small retail business owners in the video ask for cancelling the latest anti-tobacco law motions suggesting a ban on sale of tobacco products in kiosks from 1 July this year.
