China plans to invest in tobacco production in Crimea to help meet its domestic demand

A delegation of Chinese businessmen visiting the territory annexed by Russia last year promised to invest in local industry and tobacco cultivation, the newspaper said. Chinese equipment and technology could turn tobacco growing in Crimea into a lucrative venture, delegation leader Chen Zhijun reportedly told his hosts.
