Jakarta to ban display at point of sale

The Jakarta Legislative Council plans to introduce a bylaw that will ban the display of cigarettes at point of sale in the city, newspaper The Jakarta Post reported

Under the ‘no-smoking zones’ draft bylaw handed to city administration on 11 March, shops that sell cigarettes would only be permitted to display a sign reading “Cigarettes are available here”.
