Plain packaging bill may be returned to parliament of New Zealand

Prime Minister John Key said that a plain packaging bill may be returned to parliament and signalled that it could become law this year, national radio broadcaster Newstalk ZB said on its website

The bill, which would force tobacco companies to adopt plain packaging similar to that in Australia, was tabled pending the outcome of legal action against the Australian government. "It's a matter that we're discussing at the moment, Key reportedly said
