Ireland - Imperial to close Mullingar processing plant

Imperial Tobacco will close its Mullingar factory due to packaging changes in the revised EU Tobacco Products Directive that increased the minimum sized for hand-rolled tobacco to 30 grammes, the Westmeath Examiner reported
