Graphic Warnings in Kyrgyzstan

Twelve warnings have been approved which must occupy 40% of two sides of the pack

The government directive “On the Approval of a List of Illustrated Medical Warnings about the Harm of Tobacco Intended for Placement on Packs and Packages of Tobacco Products” came into effect in January 2016. By law, tobacco products without graphic warnings that came to the market before 1 January 2016 may stay there until sold. However, the local Market Association asks retailers to report unlawful actions...
